Only NY accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Shipping Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Refund

Please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to process your return; funds will be credited back to your original payment method minus a small restocking fee.
